Randster Off Road is Hiring!! We are rapidly growing and looking for a Full Time Suspension/Performance Technician to add to the team at our shop in Wylie, Texas. In this role you will be responsible for installing various Truck/Jeep Accessories, Suspension Lifts/Lowering Kits, Towing Equipment and performing maintenance and repair work as needed per each specific build. We provide a low key, fun and energetic working environment that is full of perks such as discounted parts, training, company sponsored off road trips and our annual trip to Las Vegas for the SEMA Show.
Required Skills:
- General automotive repair knowledge, specifically around suspension and drivetrain
- 3 – 5 Years Experience installing aftermarket automotive accessories and performance modifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Skills:
- Have your own tools and tool box
- Experience with 3/4 Ton or larger vehicles
- Experience with light duty diesel Trucks and Jeeps
- Experience with 12v electrical systems
- Experience with SxSs and Golf Carts
- 1 – 2 Years Experience with Welding and Fabrication
